finds spore dreaming to be a veri meaningful show..at least a break from all e jack neo films..it is a different genre in e sense it focuses a lot on e emotional aspect..e breakdown of e family when e patriarch is no longer around..what does it mean to each individual? focusing on intra as well as interpersonal relations between one another..
i especially like ck's wife performance..outstanding..feels a lot when she has to go back office during e funeral wake just to help her boss..n ended up photostating n making coffee which is not warranted for at all, anyone can do dat..yet she noes she has to do it for e sake of her family..it's like knowing her minimal edn qualifications can't get her to anywhere in e society of ours..of cos undeniable she do hope to upgrade her Cs as well..
was reminded of a conversation i had w tis frenz of mine...who used to be in hope but now somewhere else..i was having dinner w him n jason..we were juz talking abt working life and wat were e changes we had to make.our frenz is still schooling but he was sharing how impt it is for him to get his career right, want to do a MBA..get into business..prob felt sick doing all e dissecting of mice for his fyp..dun mind being a sales manager for a MNC..then jason of cos shared his knowing tis bro well he'd seize opportunity to share..of cos not in a direct way but he shared how he wants a balanced life not just exceling in his work only but spiritual and physical health r impt..our frenz looks lost for words for a moment..
it seems to me dat he did not reali noe how to react to jason's sharing despite how brief but heartfelt it was..his ownership of tis thing of he wanna achieve..sales manager? doesnt look at me dat he noes what he is doing here..he seems unsure n lost..prob it has caused him to re-think..it describes e film was trying to portray i guess..do we noe wat we r dreaming for as a society..wat is e price as we pursue tis 5Cs..do they reali bring e happiness it promise?
