shiok but tiring man!
rope ascending: last station but i am not e one doing it..thx God..did rope climbing instead
in e thick of action, kayaking at lower seletar
just before e race commenced on sun 10th 7am..one last shot
did tis once off..haha..my climbing skills still basic but improving in due time =)
