learning!

today perhaps is a great learning day..u r juz amazed how ideas can juz come out of nowhere..literally..prob my puny mind can only fathom so much..gosh..

one key word i learn is CRM-customer relationship management..such a vital trait to develop n grow, not juz at my workplace but think everywhere we go..all kinds of ppl we meet..as believers especially..w sincerity n integrity..esp at work, we do not juz plan n run events..but there is e need to do follow thru after that..to do data mining, all kinds of stuff to reach e audience we want to reach, feeding them w only e info dat they need..such a system does not come up from nowhere but it needs to planned for..well-managed..

another dimension of learning is facilitating n guiding..knowledge transfer to be better put it..sometimes when we do things esp doing it for some time, it's part of our life, habitual..it becomes unconscious competence..yet when u say when u want to rise up ppl in e industry..u need to pass e knowledge on..dat becomes a bit more tricky..e focus becomes OJTing ppl..u guide them, ask them gd questions..it's abt empowering, not telling them what to do..

marketing is e last thing dat i learnt.esp learning e specs..wat does it mean to tag e right messaging..communicating e same thing across e board..consistency..talking abt media buys n channels..wat's e PR value of this particular event? e same cup of coffee, cost price is 50 cents. When u want to market to potential sponsors, u tell them dat, if u put in 5 dollars, u get 10 dollars worth of PR value. Posters,collaterals etc..u get e intangible returns..totally new to me..but w'd be interesting to learn much

and oso networking, communication skills..reali much to learn man..must be eager to learn!
w'd be useful for ministry as well..incorporate more cutting edge technologies..
