Many thanks for coming down to support us for sunday's match even though it was held in the Far North.
We secured a convincing win of 5-1! against the Northeast group from yhope. Our second consecutive win!
Overall, our team played well. We killed the game early with 4 goals in the first half and 1 more in the second half.
Thanks to a string of goals from jiansheng(2), Peidong(2) and Zhanyou(1).
We almost kept a clean sheet, only with the exception of a penalty conceded to the opposite team.
Despite their many waves of counter attacks, we stayed resilient, stood our grounds and gave our best till the final whistle.
It is not complete without mentioning our other teammates, notably Fengqi(centre-back), Jacky(defensive mid), Jinghe(goalkeeper) who coordinated their efforts and gave their best in defence.
All of us went out of our assigned positions to clear the balls quickly so as to break our opponents' momentum and pace.
We also spotted new crop of talent being quietly nurtured: Jimmy, Yeu Ann, Jonathan. Keep sharpening your skills!
There is also a healthy sense of sportsmanship as we get to know our opponents more, networking, photoshot after the match.
In conclusion, we look forward to maintaining our current form, yet keep our integrity and play clean, fantastic, attacking, beautiful football.
