Good start

tis year had started well so far. Truly excited to see How e Lord will lead us as we progress.

the prospects of good brothers' bonding begin to materialise as we start the hope premier league. There is so much in store other than the playing and scoring of goals. It presents yet another opportunity to mobilise our people to serve more, building up of self-confidence and physical strength and the list goes on. Fantastic to see our WAGs come down and support us. Feels great! Gives you the extra motivation to play the game well :)

enjoyed the time of catching up and celebrating birthdays of those in January who mattered to me: swee leong, jan, shawn, guan an, cg sister-jocelyn. met up with meiyan, jiexian and lee xiong oso at rp tog w dai last wed..was a great time of catching up n laughters..cg time on mon was good, had chilli crab as reunion dinner followed by some heartfelt sharing of first impressions of jocelyn as we celebrated her birthday..so glad to see jacky and hwee keong open up more, more vocal and gave their inputs..well to go!

Grateful that work is moving forward as well with the announcement of YOG bid on 21 Feb, upcoming sports conference, launch of new youth website and other new initatives such as research platforms. Hope to make full use of my time here to build up my knowledge and skills in sports, reading up and attending all the relevant courses. it is definitely a good area to specialise and come in handy when working with youths next time.

Hope to see myself win more victories also, battling against self-doubt, insecurity, passivity and negativity. Be it improvement in networking and negotiating, speaking more fluently, more courage to take a stand for Him in workplace, family and ministry. Believe I will be tested but know that God is with me in this journey for the year ahead. Thank Him in advance! :)
