eco sprint '10
It was an enjoyable trip and the most memorable one for me so far. Such rare opportunity to be doing something together as a band of brothers and to be soaked with heavy rain and mud makes the situation a delicate one, not easy for us who did not train much and having to face steep limestones and slippery mud and rock faces. Thank God He gave us the courage, determination and perseverance to support one another and help encourage each of us to finish the race. I learnt about the importance of having a good and strong foundation in all that you do and when the 'rain' comes u can really hold your ground and not fall. A Christian's walk is not just centered around yourself, closed ones but involves your friends, caregp ppl and they need a helping hand at times. Your presence, small acts of kindness go a long way to giving them the encouragement that they need =)
