a transforming experience

tink i was utterly dumbfounded or speechless when i see how my boss chose to show grace after what one of his staff did, bad-mouthed him just on his last day..yet despite wat happened, he chose to appear and 'celebrated' his farewell, behaved as though nothing has happened. That is to me, no judging, showing grace and consistency. Notwithstanding all e effort i believe he has fought hard for tis colleague's welfare but sometimes things dun move so fast for various reasons..i thank God for being able to witness tis cos, if i were in my boss' shoes, i'd prob give e farewell a miss..what's e point man, after wat tis guy has done to me? there is absolutely no reason for me to be there yet he chose to..that shows a lot abt his character, love in e sense of keeping no records of wrong..willing to be misunderstood,took e blame even though many of us dun tink it's reali his fault..guess dat's a lot for me to learn as i follow tis godly boss of mine..i believe He put in my career path to mould me to be more Christ-like. thx God
