felt dat i've reached a stage where i am taking on new responsibilities..more things to manage..can say what an adult should be starting to do..learning driving, giving allowance to parents, giving,serving,slowly building career competence, some egs i can think of..recalled fondly e bros' bonding we had when we juz moved on to adults..e one at home ns resort at bukit gombak area..so fast, a year plus has passed by..prob not much i could think of or know wat to expect then..everything seemed so 'in transistion' last year but now is at least clearer for me..taking some steps out at least..it's a long journey ahead

did my 1-yr appraisal last weekend..realised dat i've not reached e fullest potential of my job yet to come..not so much on event organising but account servicing,networking,building up contact bases..doing liaising work..better hone it well before i go to next job :)

i had lost much interest in pursuing those biathlons etc..maybe it's becos of e mission trip..just have a changed perspective..all these workouts can reali take up so much time..i would just maintain my fitness will do..few areas i do hope to grow in..financial literacy..able to be in touch w current affairs n basic understanding of what's out there..some stocks & local property..good to be well-informed..u never noe when it'd come in handy..how yr interests can be tweaked to do lot more for you & e kingdom..for eg. knowing abt e soccer matches, providing gd analysis n feedback..can veri well engage w ppl as & when n value-add n go on to other things to discuss abt..e same skills in learning abt property and stocks ba..dat's my new 'job' man.. haha..just praying dat i can settle all my bank loans by end-yr..then it's time to use e money well..

do agree fully w zewei's sharing..e thing abt 'spirit is thicker than blood'..seeing one another as co-workers n bros & sis..a lot more we can tap upon our community's potential..e challenge is reali: w e limited time,resources n a diverse background dat each of us comes from, how do we then bond, be close n synergise n achieve wat God wants us to do? tink it'd be pretty 'boring' if we always hear only abt our leaders sharing abt their business venture only..not saying it's not good..but a lot more, e rest of us can contribute to..not e form but e spirit of enterprise n seeking after His purpose for us as adults..need to be active man, step by step..

arsenal is doing veri well..provided no serious injuries were to happen along e way..esp dec's period congested period w all e cups competition..Wenger is right to mention dat e team's focus is on winning e league title..it'd mean a lot more to tis new team than to be any cup winner..to win e league requires great consistency n resilience, sthg dat chelsea mastered quite well as past winner..cup competition depends on lady's luck, ad-hoc, which team u are drawn with..with chelsea's manager's departure n recent lacklustre man utd's performance, tis is indeed a good opportunity to capitalise..e club, not long ago perceived or written as one dat is still in transistion..suddenly potential title contenders..caught many ppl off-guard esp w all e news surrounding e new signups of other clubs..if they keep up e form..e title could veri well be theirs to claim tis season..
