like this new office for several reasons:
- houses everyone under one roof. No more long walks, waiting time to some extent
- more buses can reach office & go town. There are also buses that go to nus, marine parade, bedok, peninsular plaza, serangoon.
- nearer to the sport facilities, no excuse not to get those swims/runs/soccer. East coast is just a 10-min run away.
- sport library at level 1 of my office: all those soccer books!
- nearer to e yummie places: old airport road, shipyard, yes-kfc n macdonalds (just outside office, gosh)
- free coffee, pool!
