Thank God for a gd trip to cambodia. Compared to my previous mission trip, this was a more hands on experience as we got to organise workshops for the children and youth and outreach events with joint effort with tim's team. Almost like doing mission work as our facilitators will put it. It was a test of patience as we put aside our differences to work together to minister to the youths. On several occasions, God use our weaknesses to glorify His work such as covering the last minute details and hiccups. It is a land of opportunities for mission work. Think the youths are hungry to learn and grow but are at times hindered by lack of resources. Hopefully can do long-term mssion some day =)
Want to give thanks for helping me through the Dec period in 09. It will not be possible if i had gone for reservist like previous years. I would have missed a few weddings and not participated in the xmas outreach and acting. It was nice to see a few of our friends responded to the theme of hope inspired by true stories. Glad to play my part. That being said, really look forward to the new year and my new job after some valley. 2010 is a year of personal and ministry growth.
